Manor Sports Ground fence to go ahead

Inside Broadwater attended the Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 21st November 2016. The committee was called in by Councillors James Doyle (green), Hazel Thorpe (Lib Dem) and Bob Smytherman (Lib Dem), to call into question the decision made by Councillor Robert in favour of erecting a fence in Manor Sports Ground.

Broadwater Carnival Society presentation to chosen charities

Broadwater Carnival Society and Worthing Fire Station celebrated the success of this year's carnival and open day which raised over £11,000. On 11th October 2016 they presented 6 cheques to various local charities who make a positive difference in helping change peoples lives. They thanked the public for their support and look forward to doing it all again on 22nd July 2017. Cheques were presented to Guildcare's Ashdown Centre for children with learning difficulties, Cancer United, Worthing Scope, We Play Too, Worthing Churches Homeless and the Fire Fighters Charity.
